Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Higher Education at the School of humanities and social sciences, Beijing Institute of Technology. She is the Director of Center for Enhanced Learning and Teaching (CELT), and the Secretary-General of Chinese Association for Suzhi Education (CASE). She is the Visiting Scholar of Columbia University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research concerns General Education and Suzhi Education, College Faculty Development, Scholarship of Teaching and Learning and Higher Education Management.
